Implement verbose flag for warnings #16

Will print all warnings (or rather u32::MAX of them).

Also renamed WARNING_MAXIMUM to WARNINGS_MAXIMUM.

Some other things could probably use verbosity, but can be added as found/wanted.

The reviewing process starts taking a ridiculous amount of time - and by that I mean the time until something happens at all in terms of reviewing...

I know that very well - but Flummi had time to commit to different projects in the meantime so that can't be the problem. And if the doesn't want to maintain this repo anymore he should find someone that is willing to assist him in this. Otherwise this project will get stuck because bug fixes / new features aren't included.

So I am the last one saying that one should prioritize such projects over RL but if you do have the time (which seems to be the case) and you just don't want to maintain the project, you should find someone who does. And by that someone I am thinking about you @jonpas

@Krzmbrzl After being busy with real life I only had a limited amount of time to devote to armake, which I spent working on more pressing issues such as signature mismatches. The time I spend on other projects is irrelevant, and - honestly - no ones issue but my own. @jonpas already has repo permissions.
