Unoptimized workspace settings #9

Workspace settings are unoptimized for users as the window sizes is saved on close.

However when the application is closed at full screen after maximizing from the optimal window size, the restored window size is not saved and takes the entire screen despite having an optimal window size in the previous session when the window is in a restored state.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Optimized window size in non maximized state.
  2. Maximize window.
  3. Close
  4. On next session window is maximized.
  5. On restore, window size is almost maximized.
