Remove +1DV (Provided). Heaven's Gift now has stat parity with blessing and this compensation is no longer needed
Decrease Shadow Resistant (Provided) +4 to +2
Ascended
Reduce +2DV (Provided) to +1.
Decrease Shadow Resistant (Provided) from +4 to +3
