FrancaUserGuide does not describe tags of structured comments #56

FrancaUserGuide 0.3.0 chapter 4.5.2 refers to the "Franca specification" for a 
list of tags that can be used.
I could not find such a list, nor a description.
Instead I´ve tried the Franca Editor proposals, but what exactly should be the 
contents of tags like "@detail", "@experimental" or "@high-frequency"?
Please add a list and short description of supported tags to the 
FrancaUserGuide.

Updated documentation, it now contains a table with all supported tags. We also 
added the comment "deprecated" to some of those tags, and added a comment about 
which mechanism should be used instead.

Will be published with next User Guide release.
