Due to an offset of 0, NetMHCIIpan 4.0 returns the same affinity and rank for differing alleles. See https://github.com/KohlbacherLab/epytope/blob/d22d1b840fb6b7960cb457b6de1d7963ebac76fd/epytope/EpitopePrediction/External.py#L1942
