Decoder is broken #98

Decoder doesn't work correctly for the game whose table id is 446291551. Discarding moves are included in that same packet as meeple moves, which was not expected.

Now, the decoder is broken for every game. Probably yesterday (?), BGA updated some things and the game log data also changed, so we need to update the decoder accordingly.
