Almost everywhere in the documentation, GitHub, etc, the app is spelled out as just koko. However, the executable for the app as well as the project name in the package.json file are both set to Koko.
This isn't a huge deal, but it does add a little bit of confusion to the koko project name. I feel a bit conflicted every time I type it out, because I'm not sure whether to type it uppercase or lowercase.
