portable changes probably broke the non portable #15

I made a lot of changes to make the portable version work but this more than likely broke the non portable version. fix it

it seems that non portable works just fine except perhaps ffmpeg

testing with random ass pythong and ffmpeg in the yt-dl directory everything seem to work just fine mind you only tested on windows
