Improve 'CREDITS.TXT' for distributions #8

Rename README to CREDITS, to better indicate the purpose.
Update and simplify introduction text.
Reformat for cleaner appearance and remove excessive white space (~2.5KiB saving).
Merge contributor list from source kernel.asm.
Bonus: Fix EN translation for distr_data text files.

Actual programmers list in the beginning of kernel.asm. Please update in readme

Thanks @rgimad. It's not a good idea to maintain this list in two places... Can the kernel.asm comments be removed and replaced with See CREDITS.txt for a list of contributors. ...? Is there any reason to list these names chronologically, or is alphabetical order acceptable?
