Optional custom playlist id for watch later added to Settings -> Folders If no custom playlist id is provided will use ' WL' for watch later playlist retrieval

I added some updates for Kodi 17 as well

mediatype info label which may be used by kodi 17 skins
the news tag in addon.xml is a short form of current version changes (needs to be updated, only includes mpeg-dash and the watch later updates in this pr)
