language: remove version header from translation files #78

I know this sounds like an obvious question but, was this tested already?

good question, according what I'm able to piece together by reading https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html#PO-Files these lines are comments and should not break anything, but to answer your question I have not tested the changes.
