Add instructions to the README to explain how to use it with Tuist #21

I noticed the README documents how to use the package with project generators so I thought it'd be useful for users of the library to know how to use it with Tuist too.

I decided to go with conventional commits (will update the pipeline to have a commitlint step) Can you amend your commit message to something like "docs: add tuist configuration to readme"
