Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's not really a problem, just a feature I think might be nice to have.
- A similar feature that would be useful would be the option to change the audio language of the video file directly (assuming that is possible). (see Img.1)

- adding a button to the stream details tab, a bit like this:

What I could do:
- searching for a different piece of software for the audio tracks and typing the info in by hand.
Possibly easier features:
- Like before: The option to export specific information to a file with formatting that's easier to read than the .nfo files. (that would make changing things by hand in a different software easier)

Here is a screenshot of VLC (playing a copy I made after changing that parameter in MediaElk and saving) showing that the audio track itself hasn't been changed:
