These 2 commits makes it possible to compile the library also in python 3.2.3. I tested this with XP and python 2.7.3 and 3.2.3 with minWG using:

swig -v -c++ -python -threads -o swig_wrap.cpp -outdir .. -modern -fastdispatch -nosafecstrings -noproxydel -fastproxy -fastinit -fastunpack -fastquery -modernargs -nobuildnone ../swigify_ib.i
python setup.py build_ext --build-lib .

hope this makes sense.
