Resizing left pane causing left toolbar squashing #1697

Steps to Reproduce

Resize left pane.

Expected results

Left toolbar won't be squashed

Actual results

Left toolbar squashed.

Platform Information

Komodo Edit or IDE? IDE Komodo Version? 10 nightly Operating System (and version)? elementary OS 0.4

Additional Information

If you move your cursor very fast outside the editor, this will hide the left pane and won't squash the left toolbar.
