Commando: weird positioning #2629

Short Summary

When I open Commando, sometimes it opens inside Komodo window, sometimes outside of Komodo window.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Move your Komodo window to the left of your screen (so it will be 1/2 of your workspace).
  2. Open Commando (or any scopes of it) with hotkeys.

Expected results

Commando opens inside Komodo.

Actual results

Commando opens inside Komodo and sometimes outside of Komodo.

Platform Information

Komodo Edit or IDE? IDE Komodo Version? 10.2.2 Operating System (and version)? Arch Linux
