Default themes such as Base16_Light and Classic render poorly #3191

Short Summary

Default themes such as Base16_Light and Classic render poorly. The colour scheme settings make things like scrollbars blend into the editor, the colours of the fonts blend in and are hard to read, the menu, toolbar colours are inconsistent colours and make certain light text on light backgrounds. Had to spend over 2 hours updating the schemes

Steps to Reproduce

Use basically any light theme

Expected results

Light themes to be readible

Actual results

Please read short summary, light themes are configured very bad.

Komodo Edit or IDE? IDE Komodo Version? 11 Operating System (and version)? Xubuntu 16.0.4.2 LTS

You are welcome. Let me know if you want my current theme configurations for both Base16_Light and Classic for a basis (where you just modify from there), I have them pretty dialed in.

Version 11.1.1 is out already but problem is there still. Is it planned to be fixed?
