Source Code Control not working with Perforce for me in Komodo 11 #3315

Short Summary

After upgrading to 11.0 I'm unable to use any of the Source Code Control features with Perforce.

Steps to Reproduce

Attempt to open file for edit by pressing Ctrl-K,E

Expected results

In Komodo 8 & 10 I would get a message in the Version Control panel

Actual results

File is not opened for edit in Perforce.

Platform Information

Komodo Edit or IDE? IDE Komodo Version? 11 Operating System (and version)? Win10

Additional Information

Note: I use perforce config files. Komodo should set the working directory to the directory of the active file. Perforce uses this to walk the directory file tree to find the appropriate configuration. That said, I don't think my problem is related to that. pystderr.log
