"Edit with Komodo" context menu option for every file type #3718

During installation, Komodo could provide the user with the option (perhaps disabled by default) of adding an "Edit with Komodo" option to the Windows File Explorer context menu of every file type -- thus extending the existing Prefs Windows integration capabilities to add this menu to all file types, not just those specified by file extensions (as is currently done).
