[Bugs] Resets the selection of ESLint as a Linter #3833

Short Summary

When you select ESLint as a Linter and click the APPLY and OK buttons, and when you re-enter the settings, you can see that these settings were reset, or simply not saved

Platform Information

Komodo IDE 12.0.0 Slackware Current
