I am a new user of Komodo. I have just installed it. I was in the middle of the tutorial. For me, it was impossible toggling the icons of Source Control and Preview.

What exactly were you doing and where in Komodo? (Screenshots would be very helpful)
What did you expect to happen?
What actually happened?
