--new-window parameter opens two windows #3922

Steps to Reproduce

→ one komodo window opens on the 'new tab' page → shortly after, a second komodo window opens with the specified file

Expected results

shouldn't open an additional window when no windows are open to begin with

Platform Information

Komodo Edit, version 12.0.1, build 18441, platform win32-x86

This behaviour also happens when I drag and drop a file onto my Komodo Edit shortcut in my MacOsX dock.
