run komodo ide

Expected results

when start komodo IDE, no account login request.

Hi @lhc-ltd, Komodo IDE has been open sources and can be found at https://github.com/ActiveState/OpenKomodoIDE and there is an issue open for this that it sounds like someone might be taking on https://github.com/ActiveState/OpenKomodoIDE/issues/4
