Merge all examples into a single application. #27

This will make it easy for devs to install and review all accessible components at once. This should be done into a single "Accessible Components" activity (list) linking to each of the examples as they currently exist.

In order to place all samples in the same application, use package/class names as follows:

com.demo.accessible
- AlertDialogActivity
- ListPreferenceActivity
- etc...
