Make "Google Tv Remote" app fully Tecla accessible. #43

The repo for app "Google Tv Remote" is maintained at http://code.google.com/p/google-tv-remote/source/clones. Currently the options menu and the SoftDpad are inaccessible using Tecla. Make these components accessible and identify other inaccessible components.

Have made changes to make this app Tecla accessible but could not test properly in the absence of "Google Tv". However, I have tested the app using indirect methods like commenting out the lines from the code so that exception is not raised since Google Tv is not present. Also I am not satisfied with the quality of some drawables I had to make. Can use some help to improve the quality of image.
