Emulator is sending the wrong data #14

The emulator should be sending events based on 0x3F (all switches released), but it is currently sending odd events like 0x20, which would mean simultaneously pressing all ECU switches and switch port 1.

The current spec defined at: http://komodoopenlab.com/tecla/developers/tecla-for-device-manufacturers/ is not being properly followed
