Notification/indicator if locktime not set #139

A feature to spot KMD balances that don't have locktime set and notify the user.

For example a little red ! icon/bubble next to the balance with an explanation on how to set it. This may require additional criteria for displaying the "claim rewards button". Swap the "claim rewards" logo with a "!" logo when there is KMD not accruing rewards, you click on it and it tells you there is N amount of KMD not accruing rewards, and lets you send full balance to yourself.
