Adds NUCLEUSTEST and tokens #1046

Ready for review.

adds derivation paths
adds binance ids
adds nucleus tokens
moves tendermint server data to new folder
refactors the electrum scanning script

wouldn't it be better to name the coins TESTIRIS, like in TESTBTC? so they show up in GUIs in one place (assuming they are sorted alphabetically), away from the real coins... users don't use testnet coins

I prefer tCOIN so the ticker doesn't get too large, but I'll defer this to the API team.

that does not work because of tBTC, which is now a real coin: https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/tbtc
