add derivation paths for zhtlc #1060

I spotted these values in https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/komodo-defi-framework/blob/dev/mm2src/mm2_test_helpers/src/for_tests.rs#L468-L472 for ZOMBIE, and assumed ARRR would follow the same. @shamardy please confirm

Yes, it should be 133 according to this https://github.com/PirateNetwork/pirate/blob/1d1979050336eabf62aa70f8f9eaf926bd5f2aec/doc/release-notes/release-notes-2.0.1.md#hierarchical-deterministic-key-generation-for-sapling this is the same derivation path as zcash btw.
