log is flooded with `send failed because channel is full` errors on seed nodes #1679

The console of seed nodes is flooded with the following error from time to time 25 14:31:28, atomicdex_behaviour:258] ERROR notify_on_adex_event error send failed because channel is full It happens every couple hours and when it happens the error shows up > 1000 times during a single second. Saw it on latest mm2 from dev branch, eg http://195.201.0.6/dev/mm2-a6f9a0ea3-Linux-CI.zip

pretty interesting how big the difference is between different seed nodes one of them didn't show this errors at all in the last 24h, while the other one had it at 26 09:32:08 26 07:46:59 26 04:11:49 26 02:46:28 26 01:31:28 all times are UTC
