Pegged token pair with coin - Market maker #2057

ERROR simple_market_maker:372] Rates from provider are Unknown - skipping for KIIRO-BEP20/KIIRO

Since token is pegged to coin it doesn't lookup the token rate to use from coin. Would assume this would be an issue for any pair similar to this use case.

It surely also affects USDT-BEP20... basically all tokens... the bot should strip the chain name from the ticker before asking for a price since those chain names are not included in the price service, eg https://prices.cipig.net:1717/api/v2/tickers?expire_at=600
