Adds a new category for coins vote_coin. Coins designated as such will include a button on their wallet page as below.

To Test:

@AndrewDelaney as you will already have older coins files in local data for this version, you'll need to delete the %app_data%/atomic_qt/0.7.1 folder (assuming windows) before launch to see the new coins.
