The error message disappears, if the user enters more than 12 characters at 'Enter Password' and then deletes it.

STR:

Create a Wallet
Name the Wallet
Confirm the seed phrase and click on the 'Continue' button.
Enter 10 characters name for a Wallet including - 1 Uppercase letter, 1 Lowercase letter, 1 number & 1 Special character.
Enter the same password in the 'Confirm Password' field.
Notice that the error message is displayed.
Now, enter more alphabets in the 1st field to satisfy the 12 character condition.
Delete the recently entered characters to make it of 10 characters.
Notice that the error message disappears and the 'Confirm' button gets Enabled

It is also observed that the error message is displayed again on clicking the 'Confirm' button.
