Update Wiki build instructions #20

Can someone please update the instructions at https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/AtomicDEX-mobile/wiki/Project-Setup#build-and-run ? There seems to be no reference of where to get the API library (https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/atomicDEX-API/releases should be used unless building locally)

Also in README at https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/atomicdex-mobile/tree/dev#atomicdex-api-library-libmm2a-version links to old IP no longer used. We should update that to point to https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/atomicDEX-API/releases should be used unless building locally also.

Please also confirm flutter version mentioned in docs is still the correct version.

@smk762 Flutter version is still correct for the dev and master branch.

I'll finalise my branch for the updated docs this week.

Wiki is still to be updated.
