Google Play update unavailable #82

Multiple reports of users stating that they cannot download the recent 0.8.0 update due to Google Play showing their device is not supported. The issue is not related to the code itself since providing a built APK directly to the user installs and runs as expected.

Whilst I am an official developer for the Komodo Wallet mobile app, this is supplied by me personally and Komodo never recommends downloading/installing APKs from anywhere besides the official app stores and GitHub releases. (0.8.0 not available on the release page yet)

Also note that you will need to uninstall your current Komodo Wallet version and then after we resolve the issue, you will need to uninstall the APK provided here.

Issue related to Opsec team bumping the minimum Android version to one of the latest for the build released as a precautionary measure to ensure users are running the most secure Android OSes. The version was then re-released with support for slightly older versions due to a big portion of the userbase reporting being unable to download the app.
