[BUG]: Zcash params appear to no longer download if missing. #2331

Describe the bug A user in discord reported being unable to activate zhtlc coins. Upon investigation this was due to missing zcash params. Local testing after deleting the prams revealed that the modal to download them was not displaying.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. delete your zcash params
  2. restart atomicdex
  3. try to activate a zhtlc coin
  4. See error

Expected behavior If no zcash params, modal should appear to download them for the user.
