WIP: Adjustments to "Annotate" and "Collaborate" pages

As discussed in the meeting today, the Annotate and Collaborate pages are currently not user-friendly and need some changing.

For starters, I put in the texts, some of the buttons and some of the data as @lozanaross outlined in the Google Docs document.

No design decisions were made yet, so these are just the unstyled pages.

~I don't know if @Grizzly127 still has capacity, otherwise, anyone is free to suggest how these pages could look.~

Thanks, looks great - once the top nav bar is updated, we can also update the Login/Register button to be just one, but for now - this is good to push from my view.
