[Suggestion] Shark Teeth adjustment #34

Have shark teeth only proc on hits that do more than ~25% of the players max hp. you can probably increase the hyperbolic cap to 100% or revert the default tick count to 10 or both if you do this. This would change the item to be a big hit counter instead of being number/damage tick spam like it currently can be if you get hit by a dot or any chip damage. Would still have good synergy with healing/RAP/razorwire/corpsebloom
