Certain inaccessible buffs/debuffs are being chosen [Ex: EngiShield, and one with a ! icon.]

Certain Debuffs/Buffs don't do anything [Ex: Poison/Blight]

Buffs/Debuffs from other mods are being chosen. [Ex: Arti-Extended Ice shield, Enforcer shield movement debuff, etc]

and Buffs/Debuffs that aren't being used, but are in mods are being chosen. [Ex: If certain items from ClassicItems are removed via config, such as Permafrost, the debuff will still be chosen.]

If any of these aren't bugs, my bad.
