Clear screen before showing boot messages on MSX1 #24

Nextor should clear the screen before showing the version number and searching for devices because on certain MSX1 machines these messages end up in the middle of the screen.

Implemented in v2.1.0 beta 2 (for all machines, not only MSX1)
