Record all user activity for past 1-2 hours. Convert all activity logs and over recordings into detailed bug report. It should be as easy as possible to use if anything unexpected happens. Possible to use a video-recording for 1-2 hours before button push. And may be recording in the vector based format. Related to https://github.com/Konard/LinksPlatform/issues/164

What is about integration BB and front-end (web-browser, etc.)? Or BB will be server-side only?

It can be both at the server and on the client.
