"What is X?" chat bot #516

If X is found in Wikipedia link to it goes as the reply message of the bot. This bot can also post the link to Wikipedia in the chat if it finds any infrequent (rare) word in user's message.

What you thought about Gutenberg library (Project Gutenberg, Public domain terms)? You could parse this texts by the Links. There is Mueller dictionary also (under GPL license terms).
