Memory Overrun #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when recovering large files, recovered file grows
2. files potentially having whitespace added in the sed commands
3. file then can't be loaded into memory without causing machine to run out of 
ram.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
