gmail on osx, which 'DIRECTORIES' do i use? #10

hi there,

i'm on osx and am struggling to run the script because i don't know which directory to use for the DIRECTORIES variable?

i'm a mutt newby!

I guess the README should state more clearly what the help text says, that this script is for maildir emails. That is, it needs a local offline copy of your mails in maildir format. Usually this is achieved by isync (whose command is mbsync), here's a suggested setup and Arch is a good reference.
