Provide the ability for KICK to list the plugins currently on the Gateway.

dump the information provided in the /plugins API endpoint. Alternatively, dump them per workspace /{workspace_name}/plugins

This functionality already exists in the /license/report endpoint. Not sure if we should duplicate it here.
