Add support to check the status_ready endpoint

Provide KICK the ability to check the /status/ready API endpoint and return the value, if it is available.

If the code is 200, return that the Gateway is healthy
If the code is 503 and the result is "no configuration available" return that the endpoint is not enabled
If the code is 503 and the result is otherwise, return the value and inform that the Gateway is not healthy
