Update npm modules
Remove testing framework, there are no tests, need them but later
Move from jade to pug
Use zeroclipboard instead of flash based copy
Slugify decimals to fix http lib
Add overflow hidden to body to prevent scrolling
Remove erroneous console logging line
Update author line
