Changes:

Fixed 2nd level JSON options (limits.bodySize, queue.batch, queue.entries) from getting completely removed by changing them to 1st level JSON fields.
Refactored queue logic out to separate file.
Added queueTimeout option
Added flush on timeout & unit test
