ALF spec 1.1.0 update #24

Updated service name ("Mashape Analytics" > "Galileo"), node module name, alf spec, added logBody like in Kong agent to settings to toggle body on/off, moved collector server info into a collector sub-object, added additional levels for debug each with greater fine-grained logs (function, block, data) and added contributors to package.json
