KGO reporting Gateway API Conformance #131

Currently we don't produce conformance for our Gateway operator in Gateway API conformance. Ideally we should be able to do that as soon as we get back to having the code open source.

Unfortunately for now we are not able to do it as a part of CI - Kong/gateway-operator#134
